At The Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door or hardware doesn't fit your vision, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the door or hardware in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all mounting accessories and instruction manuals are included.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For oversized items like exterior doors, contact our logistics team to schedule a freight pickup; for smaller hardware, simply drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
